CatherineMCGUINNESS(Consett) Catherine (Kathleen) McGuinness died peacefully on August 25, 2026 at Hampton Manor Care Home, Consett, aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Bernard, devoted mother to Clare, Gerard, Philip and Bernice, and loving mother-in-law of Alex, Annabelle, Susan and Michael. Much loved grandma to Jonathan, Emily, Charlotte, Joseph, Daniel, Gregory, Abbie and Charlie and great-grandma to Isabelle, Rory and Ella.
A Requiem Mass will be held for Kathleen at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, Consett, on September 21st at 10:30am, followed by interment at Blackhill Cemetery.
On whose soul, sweet Jesus have mercy. Family flowers only.
